I get that once in a while when I upgrade a client from R5 to ND6. It seems that the icon has gone bad. If I just do START - PROGRAMS - LOTUS APPLICATIONS - LOTUS NOTES, it seems to work fine.

Especially if you did a complete reload and the old load was in C:\lotus\notes\data, and the new one is in program files, then the shortcuts are all screwed up.

Just an idea.
